ABOUT
Laura and Kristen, co-founders of Skate to Soar, are certified Skate Canada figure skating coaches who specialize in off-ice training for figure skaters.
Laura is also a certified personal trainer and Ballet for Figure Skaters instructor. Kristen is also a certified yoga instructor and Ontario certified schoolteacher.

WHO WE ARE
Laura Morelli
Laura is a certified Skate Canada coach and Personal Trainer. She is also a former competitive and professional Italian figure skater, she has trained and worked with some of the most accomplished European and North American coaches and choreographers.
She has a Bilingual B.A in Philosophy which she completed in Canada after touring in Europe for three years performing in Holiday On Ice.
Laura is passionate about high level training on and off the ice as well as the artistic side of the sport.
She is also trained in ballet and circus arts and believes in the importance of holistic training to achieve success.
Kristen Piché
Kristen is a certified Skate Canada figure skating coach and yoga instructor. She's also a former National Competitive Pairs Skater and competitive gymnast. She has performed internationally with Holiday on Ice, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and the Canadian National Exhibition.
She has Bachelors degrees in English Studies and Education and was an elementary schoolteacher for two years after completing her career as a competitor.
Her experience inspired a mission to help skaters find their own calm inner voice and a knowingness in their heart that they are truly, extraordinarily powerful.

4-5pm Strength & Conditioning (Star 4+ level)
5-6pm Yoga OR Ballet *alternating classes each week (Star 1-3 level)
