Welcome to SKATE TO SOAR - A platform focusing on mental fitness in figure skating. It is inspired by my belief that peak performance and career longevity stem from balance and health in mind, body and soul. 


My mission  is to help skaters strengthen their mental muscle; producing an increased ability to stay focused, persevere in the face of challenges, and consistently perform at the top of their game.

Kristen is a professional figure skater, Skate Canada figure skating coach, and yoga instructor. 

She has Bachelors degrees in English Studies and Education and was an elementary schoolteacher for two years after completing her career as a national competitive pairs skater.

Her experience moved her to create SKATE TO SOAR with a mission to help skaters find their own calm inner voice and a knowingness in their heart that they are truly, extraordinarily powerful.
