DRY LAND TRAINING CAMP
For all levels, from complete beginner and up!
Interactive classes so you can receive instant feedback.
CAD $10 /class
Classes will be running through Zoom.
Link will be sent to participants the day before each class.
Participants must book a minimum of 3 days per week, for any number of weeks:
Week 1: July 5th-9th
Week 2: July 12th-16th
Week 3: July 19th-23rd
Week 4: July 26th-30th
2 classes per day:
The first class will run from 5:15-6pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Strength & Conditioning or Jumps & Balance
The second class will run from 6:10-7pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Yoga or Active Flexibility
Payments can be made either by e-transfer (for those living in Canada) or through PayPal (for those living outside of Canada).
